Projects may satisfy the requirement by installing art on-site that is accessible and visible to the general public from public streets, with a minimum value of one percent (1%) of the total building construction valuation (excluding tenant improvements), but not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00). Maintenance and conservation of the artwork will be the responsibility of the property owner.
