Projects subject to the requirement may satisfy it by inclusion of an onsite installation of a work of public art with a value of one percent (1%) of the building valuation, but not more than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). Prior to installation and prior to the issuance of any certificate of occupancy, the artwork must be approved by the city council.
