Affordable housing projects are excluded from the requirement.
Projects may satisfy the requirement by contributing, from non-incentive funds, an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the estimated value of the economic incentive to the Public Art for Neighborhoods Fund. The Fund is to be used for the selection, acquisition, commissioning, maintenance and display of artwork, public space beautification, and expanded opportunities for community engagement with the arts.
