Single family residential lots and new residential developments for affordable housing are excluded from the requirement. Projects may satisfy the requirement by placing a permanent public artwork from a professional artist on-site. The budget must be not less than one percent (1%) of the aggregate job value but no more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). Maintenance and conservation of the artwork is the responsibility of the property owners.
