Program Summary

The City of Fresno has a voluntary public art and private development program as part of its commitment to building “green.” Developers can qualify for a twenty to twenty-five percent (20-25%) minor deviation from development standards by adding public art (as defined in the Land Use Planning and Zoning Code) to a commercial or residential project.
