The following projects are excluded from the requirement:

Projects may satisfy the requirement by installing on-site public art that has a value of one third of a percent (0.33%) of the construction costs. Alternatively, developers may pay an in-lieu fee of equal value to the Livermore Public Art Fund. Project applicants shall indicate on their entitlement application that they wish to make a public art in-lieu contribution.
